Do I have to pay in advance or pay upon pickup?
We accept cash, check, Venmo and credit card upon pickup. Most orders, we will request you pay an order deposit up front for the items that we order specifically for you and your pet. You can use Venmo, Zelle or check to pay your order deposit! (Please note: we do not accept Zelle for remainder payment at pickup).

Additionally, we do accept credit card payments but we do charge a processing fee (3%). IF you’d like to pay your order deposit with a credit card, we will send you a link to submit payment OR you can pay over the phone.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: ***For most delivery sites, we have a site host in which we can always coordinate last-minute pickup arrangements near the delivery site. All we ask is timely communication on your part and payment up front! We rely on all of our customers to show up on ageed-upon date + time at location given. If you are not at the delivery site at the agreed upon time, and we cannot get ahold of you, we will bring your order back to our warehouse. If you do contact us prior to us leaving the delivery site, we will ask you to submit payment in full prior to us leaving your order with our delivery site host for pickup at a later time that same day. We do not have freezers available at our delivery site hosts’ location. At this time, we are no longer responsible for your raw pet food. We are always to willing to work with our customers however and whenever possible so that we can get you your raw pet food offerings on time! We hope you’ll coordinate with us ahead of time to avoid any extra complications for everyone. Please never hesitate to reach out. We do charge a No Call, No Show fee of $25.00 for anyone who does not get into contact with us (within 24 hours of delivery) to coordinate alternative pickup. This fee will remain on your account and will be required to reconcile prior to us processing any future orders. Also, if you cannot coordinate a pickup of your items within that first week of the month that deliveries occur, we will charge a $25 Restock + Freezer Hold Fee. If you pay this fee, we can offer you these same items for the subsequent month’s delivery. If you do not want to pickup these items the following month, we will place both the $25 No Call, No Show Fee and the $25 Restock + Freezer Hold Fee on your account to be reconciled prior to placing any future orders. Please understand, we are a very small family business and can’t afford to pay for extra products or keep our freezers running for products not sold. Additionally, we aren’t a drop-in raw pet food warehouse. We have scheduled deliveries each month and outside of those dates, we do not offer on-site pickup or storage arrangements.
